Scope and access

These terms set out the conditions for using Lumopi (lumopi.com) and the games delivered on this site, operated by KANIYONIKA in Japan. Please read these terms and each game's instructions before playing. Other game platforms and linked websites have their own terms.

All games are currently free to play, with no account or app installation required. You are responsible for the cost of your device and internet connection.

Prohibited use

Do not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, gain unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, send malicious data, make requests that place an excessive load on the site, or otherwise disrupt the service or other people's play.

Game and asset rights

Copyright and other rights in the games, code, images, audio and text belong to KANIYONIKA or their respective rights holders. Copying, modification, redistribution and sale are not permitted except as part of normal gameplay or as allowed by law, these terms, a separate permission or an applicable license.

Third-party software, images, audio and fonts remain subject to their own licenses. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses or grant rights that we do not hold.

Gameplay videos, streams and screenshots

For content in which we hold the rights, you may publish videos, live streams and screenshots of your own gameplay. This includes monetization through the standard features of video and streaming platforms. We appreciate a mention of the game name or a link to Lumopi when you share.

This permission does not cover implying an official partnership or broadcast, or extracting images or audio from the games to redistribute or sell as standalone assets. Use third-party assets only as permitted by their licenses. If you are unsure about the conditions, please contact us below.

Game saves and compatibility

Progress, records and settings are saved in the browser on the device you use. There are no cloud saves or cross-device synchronization. Clearing site data, private browsing, browser settings or errors can cause saved data to be lost. We do not provide a way to restore saves from our servers.

Display and gameplay may vary with your device, browser, connection and updates to them. You can report problems using the contact details below.

Service changes, interruptions and responsibility

We may change, suspend or end a game or the site for improvements, maintenance, safety or similar reasons. Where possible, we will announce planned changes or closures that significantly affect use in advance on the site. Urgent issues, including outages or rights concerns, may require us to temporarily remove content without advance notice.

Our responsibility for your use of the service is governed by applicable law. These terms do not limit your rights under consumer protection or other applicable mandatory laws.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information relating to saves, enquiries, advertising and analytics. Playing a game or reading these terms does not count as consent to advertising or analytics that require your consent.
